Our photobooth package includes unlimited prints, an array of fun props, a friendly booth attendant,trendy backdrop of your choice, optional digital copies of all photos, and a personalized photo layout design to match your event. Setup and teardown is included as well.
It means that every guest can take as many photos as they’d like during your event, and each photo session can be printed instantly—no limit per hour or per person!
Our packages start at 2 hours, but you can add extra time as needed. Refer here.
No, we currently do not rent out the photobooth without an attendant.
Our photobooth can enhance any event by providing candid memories, act as a marketing tool, and delivering instant, high-quality photo keepsakes. We cater to most events. From personal to business events like weddings, birthdays, corporate events, school functions, product launches, graduation, holiday parties, and more!
Operational & Technical
Our standard photobooth typically need a space of about 8ft x 8ft (3m x 3m) with access to a standard power outlet.

It depends on the complexity of the photobooth build you have chosen. It ranges between 30 minutes and 2 hours for setup and teardown respectively.
Yes, internet is needed for guests to access softcopies of their photos. It is highly recommended that you provide stable Wi-Fi connection in the event space (i.e. your home or an event hall) in case our telco provider is not stable at the area.
Absolutely! We can include your logo, event name, date, and color scheme on every print. You’ll get to approve the design before the event.
Depending on your preference, we offer the standard print size of 2R(2"x6")(aka the photostrip). It can also be upgraded to 4R(4"x6”)(aka the postcard).

Choosing between 2R and 4R for a photobooth depends on whether you prioritize the classic, nostalgic experience (2R) or a modern, high-visibility keepsake (4R).

2R (2" x 6") is the traditional, vertical photo strip, usually containing 3-4 images, ideal for weddings and parties because it feels like a classic booth keepsake.

Yes! Guests can can access the online photobook library via a QR code or download link during or after the event.
Definitely. We use professional DSLR cameras, studio lighting, and dye-sublimation printers to ensure sharp, vibrant prints.
Booking & Payment
You can contact us by WhatsApp or email. Pay a 50% deposit to secure your date, and pay the remaining balance before the event. Payment details will be forwarded to you at the confirmation stage of your inquiry.
You're welcome to book anytime, as there's no penalty or last minute fee. However, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure sufficient preparation time for your booth customisations (if any) and to ensure availability, especially during wedding or holiday seasons.
We offer free travel within Klang Valley. Additional travel fees may apply for further locations.
Bank transfer to Super 8 Studios' company bank account is our preferred method of payment.
Event Day Extras & Add-Ons
Of course! If preferred, you can bring your own backdrop, theme props, or branded materials. However, our prices will still be the same with or without these items.
Depending on the type of backdrop, it can reduce to a minimum width of 6ft. For a size larger than those stated above, you'll have to opt for an backdrop add-on.
Yes! We can provide a keepsake guestbook where guests can leave a copy of their photostrip with their message.
While rare, occasional technical issues can happen with any equipment. Rest assured, we always have an on-site attendant present to monitor and troubleshoot immediately. Our team is trained to resolve issues quickly and keep things running smoothly, so your guests can continue enjoying the experience without disruption.
In the unlikely event that an issue cannot be resolved on-site, our team will remain present to manage the situation professionally and minimise disruption to your event. We’ll also work with you after the event to make things right — whether that’s arranging a replacement session, providing alternative deliverables, or offering a fair resolution. Your experience matters to us, and we take full responsibility for ensuring it’s handled properly.
We understand how an event planning can be tricky. In such situations, we’re flexible and understanding. We’ll work with you to reschedule your booking to a new date (subject to availability), so you don’t lose your session. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll discuss a fair solution together. Our goal is to support you and make the process as smooth as possible during unexpected changes.
Yes! We offer add-ons such as custom backdrops of different sizes, GIF downloads, branded overlays and props, custom event decor and more.
